We would like to inform you that Shipping rate will be applied as of shipping table below from today.

**January 3rd Update**

- Express Shipments to Chile and Mexico are shipped via EMS.

- Due to enhanced customs clearance process to Austria, Albania and Finland, 

  all orders to Austria, Albania and Finland will be shipped with Actual Product Value. 

  (Under valued shipments cannot enter due to enhanced customs clearance process)

  **Under valuing shipments were not our responsibility, but was provided as customer service for customer convenience.

- We do our best to avoid customs issue, but we cannot guarantee it will not get caught on customs. 

  If some charges occur, it is the buyer's responsibility since it is beyond our control.

- Standard shipping can be upgraded to Express shipping without notice due to the weight issue. 

  If you prefer Standard shipping, please contact CS team directly right after placing your order.

- We are trying our best to solve the delivery issues for not available countries. Once again, thank you for your patience.
