It claims to be moisturizing, but it doesn't leave the skin hydrated; rather, it leaves it matte. I would even venture to say it leaves the skin dry. It's difficult to glide the bar across the skin, and it doesn't feel smooth. The bar is quite small. I wouldn't buy it again.
