This is my second purchase of the 400 ml bottle of this toner. It's watery and very refreshing, absorbs easily. Imo it's more of a hydrating toner and the exfoliation bit is very mild. It suits me for now, but others might find it too weak. No detectable scent, all in all for the quantity and price I really like it and assume I'll purchase again when this bottle runs out.
